I love Rush
If I am Jerry. I am on the phone right now with teams who will give me the best offer for Dak. Taking his contract off Jerry hands and moved forward with Cooper. I have watched this team under Romo and Dak. To me, both the same player with the same disappointing results, the pick 6. Cooper knew how to drive the bus and not drive it off the cliff like Dak has done over and over. The team last season should have made it to the NFC Championship game. Dak got beat by a 3rd strong backup in D.C. and San Francisco. Dak is an amazing guy, but he's not the man to lead this team. I believe more in Cooper, and it's really from watching how he runs the offense vs. how Dak runs it.

Personally, I would not have paid Dak. It would’ve been hard, but I would have told him to f-off. What’s the worst that could’ve happened. We won’t win the SB next year? Did we? We’ll have a losing record, and won’t make the playoffs? Then we’ll receive better draft picks, and we’ll begin scouting for a new QB in the draft. One that is rated better than a 4th round pick... we’ll have a team already built around him, and we’ll have guys on rookie deals that are studs (lamb, parsons, diggs, etc.) Yet... they paid him and look where it’s gotten us. I talked so much trash about Dak after he got paid, and while he was in negotiations. I don’t blame him for wanting to get paid... I don’t, and I get it. But it will wreck a team in the long run if you can’t win now. And we didn’t. Look at what he did against San Francisco... we lost the game because a rookie last pick in the entire draft outplayed Dak $160M Prescott.... if rush beat the Eagles, I think we may have stuck with him... that’s what happened to Tony right, and when the Cowboys were winning, and Tony was healthy, who started? Dak.... f Dak Prescott, we will never win a SB with him, and I can’t wait until his 4 year deal is up. We don’t have the receiving core and running game to do shit in the playoffs this year. People say brink him, being him, sign him, sign him... we can’t while paying Dak all the money.... see. F that dude. Rush.... step up and outplay that douche bag in camp and let’s get past that damn divisional round
